The fifth international call of the European Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETP), focused on clean energy transition research, will open on May 26, 2026. The submission period will open on June 8, 2026, and pre-proposals can be submitted until September 9.
Czech applicants will be able to participate in the following four thematic configurations (Transition Initiatives, TRI) and the corresponding seven “Call Modules”:
TRI 1 – Net-zero emissions energy systems
- CM2026-01 Integrated energy system resilience in a changing environment
- CM2026-02 Energy system flexibility in a high renewable energy sources (RES) scenario: energy generation, storage and system integration
TRI 3 – Enabling Climate Neutrality with Storage Technologies, Renewable Fuels and CCU/CCS
- CM2026-04 Industrial carbon management
- CM2026-05 Hydrogen and renewable fuels
- CM2026-06 Stationary battery technologies and systems for climate-neutral industry and built environment
TRI 5 – Integrated Regional Energy Systems
- CM2026-08 Integrated regional energy systems
TRI 7 – Integration in the Built Environment
- CM2026-10 Clean energy integration in the built environment
