SISTA: Project headers import from ISTA

Dear SISTA users,

You may have noticed that new data, specifically project headers from ISTA, have appeared in your Applicant/Beneficiary profile. We have placed the newly transferred information under the “My Projects” tab. This is another step towards a successful transition from ISTA to SISTA, which will complement your managed user interface.

What is a project header?

By “project header,” we mean a project record containing basic identification data (code, name, etc.). However, this does not include complete information about the project. Full details will be added gradually through individual transfer waves of project data. This approach helps prevent system overload and allows you to continue working in the system during this process.

Why did project headers appear in SISTA?

Project headers appeared under your “My Projects” tab because you have permissions for the respective project in ISTA.  This is the first phase of project data transfer from ISTA to SISTA.

What happened to the complete project data?

You don’t have to worry; complete data for your project, including evaluations and reports, are still securely stored in ISTA. It is now possible to “click through” to the project details in ISTA via the header in SISTA. We will inform you about the next phase of data transfer.

My project headers did not appear. What now?

If you have multiple profile types, please ensure you are in the correct Applicant/Beneficiary profile. If you still don’t see the project headers under the relevant profile in the “My Projects” tab in SISTA, it means either you don’t have access to that project in ISTA, or you should follow the attached guide >>> HERE <<<.

We will keep you regularly informed about further developments.
